Strengths
- Holds UK Gambling Commission and Malta Gaming Authority licences
- Those regulators impose genuine player-protection requirements
- Trading since 1997, the longest record of any operator here
- Live casino among the strongest available
Weaknesses
- Neither regulator has any jurisdiction over a Moroccan player’s complaint
- 32% combined Moroccan tax is your obligation to declare
- May restrict or decline Moroccan accounts on verification
- Card deposits frequently declined by Moroccan issuers
Every review here names at least three things the operator does badly.
If we could not find three, we had not looked hard enough to publish.
Licence
Morocco licenses no online gambling. Every operator below is offshore, so a dispute goes to a foreign regulator or nowhere. Morocco also charges 30% withholding plus a 2% solidarity contribution on winnings from foreign platforms, and a foreign operator has no mechanism to deduct it — the obligation stays with you.
